Free Consultation
A no-cost screening conversation about your work history, medical conditions, and whether an SSDI claim may be worth exploring. This is not a government interview and not legal advice.
Our services
We educate, screen, and organize. SSA still decides every claim. This campaign’s screening is always free.

A no-cost screening conversation about your work history, medical conditions, and whether an SSDI claim may be worth exploring. This is not a government interview and not legal advice.
02
We review onset, work credits, SGA, treatment history, and likely Blue Book or RFC issues so you understand strengths and gaps before you file or appeal.
03
Help organizing medical sources, work history (SSA-3369), function reports, and supporting statements. You remain the applicant. SSA, not this campaign, decides the claim.
04
If an ALJ hearing is the next step, we can introduce you to SSA-registered representatives. Appointment, strategy, and any fee are between you, the representative, and SSA — never guaranteed by this site.
Completing this campaign’s screening form is free. SSA-appointed representatives (attorneys or eligible non-attorneys under 20 CFR § 404.1705) may charge a fee only if SSA or a court approves it, typically a contingency of past-due benefits subject to SSA’s cap. We do not keep a percentage of your monthly check. You appoint a representative with Form SSA-1696. See 20 CFR §§ 404.1700–404.1740 for conduct and fee rules.
Social Security Act § 1140 requires us to say, clearly: this campaign is independent. We do not issue benefits or replace SSA. Completing this screening is free and never required to pursue a claim.
Call +1 (561) 652-0362, start a screening, or email [email protected]. This is not SSA and not a promise of benefits.
